Domain Registration Problem - Lost DNF

Hi,

I sent clicked the "tech support" website a day ago, after getting a security error when regging a domain name. The ticketing system seems broken, as I couldn't recheck my ticket, didn't receive a confirmation e-mail, and thought I'd wait a bit to see if it actually worked on some level.

Basically, if you can see my store activity, I went to reg a name, and it got all the way to the reg page, and wouldn't let me register... giving me a security error.

I have screenshots if necessary.

At any rate, I'd like my DNF back, and I'd also like to know when the domain registration will be working so I can try it again.

As another note, I clicked "Contact Us" at the top of this forum, and used that ticketing system to report this, but my message may have gone down a black hole somehow.
