Domain registrations through DNF

Hello
In the past 2 weeks I tried TWICE registering a domain through dnforum.com.

In the 2 times I got an error saying "Sorry ,we have problem with your account,please contact with us".

Of course I was charged, twice, costing me 1590 F$, but no domains .........

Please Help !

Hello,

We have donated the funds back to your account for the orignal purchase.
We have also refunded the second transaction. Please follow the steps we have listed below.

We have reviewed the process and for some reason it seems that you are taking some different route to registering the domain. The errors you are receiving is because the path that is taken is incorrect.

I will explain which way to go and let me know if that is the way you have taken to register. During the process you will have to fill out a form where you create a key for your domain.

Here are the steps:

1) Login to your dnforum account.
2) Click on rewards store
3) Then click on "Dnforum Domain Registration"
4) You should come to a section "Register Domain". Type in your domain you want to register and select Check.
5) If the domain is available, you should come to "Register Domain". Input the amount of years you want to register and then hit Buy Now.
6) You will then come to "Domain Register Step 2". Select "proceed"
7) You will then come to a page to select "YES" or "NO" to proceed with the transaction.
8) Once you hit proceed you will be taken to a form you have to fill out and create a key for your domain to login with.

Once you complete these steps you should have registered the domain sucessfully.

Well, it happened again.
After stage 7 I dont get to a form, I just get a screen with one button "register now", when I hit it I get an error.
I was charged for 795 again .. could you please refund ?

Is the last page (the one with the form) an ActiveX or something ?

Registration process now successful on paper but the domain is not registered - looks like this area of the forum needs more attention - please refund.
