Just got a bizarre error when trying to view the Platinum forum...
PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77BD8548
Never seen that type of error before anywhere ... not even sure what it means.

not sure if this is related.
But:
I absolutely can not access DNF from any of my MacOS X computers using safari.
this has resulted in me not being able to be on DNF as much, and has in fact resulted in me being at DNF about 80% less time than I use to
I opened a support ticket a while back, I got a reply that it was being looked on, but never got anything else.
Seek... And you shall Find
I'm using Safari, and have no problems.
Perhaps try resetting Safari? Go to the Safari menu, and choose reset (not sure what data you will lose, though).

Earlier tonight - about 3 hours ago, I was getting Access Violation errors (different location # than yesterday) again on all pages ... couldn't view anything on DNF - both MSIE and Firefox gave me the exact same access violation errors ... something isn't right with DNF ... and appears to be getting worse :(

Everything is working A-OK right now ... the error seems to be very random ... a hunch of mine is that perhaps it's related to cookies in some way - I say that because the board never remembers my login info any more ever since the upgrade to 3.5 ... perhaps there is some old, incompatible custom code that reads cookies and/or checks user permissions - alternatively, custom code that doesn't do data validation / bounds checking of cookie and/or other data.
