Help Desk - blank page - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

I wanted to check on the status of an ongoing issue, and discovered the "help desk" link in the navigation bar above only goes to a blank page.

My issue: I'm still not getting notifications of responses to my subscribed threads. Is anyone working on this?
