Good point. Maybe we can discuss it with the admins to see if we can get a similar add-on for moving threads like with closed threads - you'll notice at the top of closed threads there is a "reason thread was closed" line - maybe the admins could incorporate this into moved threads as well?

Members - how do you feel about this?

Mods - how do you feel about this and using it?(we can even take it up privately, if you'd like)

Admins - how time consuming would it be to implement this and would it be worth it / productive for the community?

    (First paragraph)
I'm not sure what threads you're referring to but I can think of three instances where links to blogs can be moved out of the advertising area:
    1) It's adult related (adult domain related, etc..) and then it should go into the adult advertising area.

    2) It is, or the discussion gets, political. I'm sure many would agree that an article on "the bailouts and how it affects the domain industry" would get political very quickly - but a post with a link to someone's own blog being moved here should be done at the mods' and admins' discretion.

    3) It's spam and unrelated to the forums which then it will get deleted (luckily it's only spam bots doing this in gold level discussion areas now).

Other moderators might be less prone to "stack up" these posts perfectly and perhaps leave things as they are or move posts *back* to where they were originally posted.

Hence the confusion that Doc Com experienced as there is no indication why a post was moved from A to B to C to A point.

About the font stylization, am I allowed to use Verdana only?

Just a joke, Don. Enjoy the rest of your day.
yes, i like organization, because it's key to research and referencing.

one needs to organize their tasks and daily lives, which helps them to be more productive.....you'll know where things are when you need them.

i don't know if that's really being conservative or just being practical by trying to make it easier for others find info in one place for a topic or service.

but thanks Theo, i will try to enjoy the rest of the day
