I removed it, because as MC Juice said, it makes it look much more cluttered especially with the new design.. I'll see how it would look if I brang it back up but just cut down the max # characters for the subject to display.

Eliminate the Thread Starter, not the Subject

Since space is the reason the Subject was removed then why not eliminate other things such as Thread Starter?

I doubt if anyone is concerned who the Thread Starter was, it seems really irrelevant. Plus the starters name will show up anyway within the thread if anyone really cares who started it

By eliminating it there should be room for the far more important Subject (especially if small letters are used for the subject).
