How come there isn't a forum for "wanted"? - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

Particularly "sites" wanted. I'm looking for developed sites but the closest I can find is the "developed sites for sale".

Is there a place to post a "site wanted" requirement? Am I just missing something obvious?
