HOW TO donate my DNF$ to upgrade my friend's gold membership

I have one of my friend with gold membership, Since I have lots of DNF$, I want to donate him for upgrade of his membership, but am unable to find out as HOW to do it?

approx 38k-40k ( whatever the amount in $ it shows in his cp @ http://www.dnforum.com/plans.php . Multiply that by 100 )

so if it shows $380 > you need 38K DNF
