How long to become verfied?

I sent in my fax and payment yesterday morning. I know it was put on a back burner (forum upgrades were more important) but how long does it usually take?

I did have my username on the fax and the username is on my email address in Paypal (my username (at) gmail (dot) com ).

The name on the utility bill doesn't match the name on Paypal, but the addresses do.

OK i need to know this also the utility bills are not in my name and I'm supposed to fax one what do i do? i paid the money and got the email from support

Either fax it to the fax number in MH's post or scan it and email it to the address in MH's post.

As long as the address on the bill matches the address on your paypal account it is good.

Just be sure to put your username on the bill when you scan / fax it.
