Knowledge base/FAQ section

Hi,
what about a section where all the basic knowledge/facts are listed with short info like drop services, what is Icann, what are zone files and how to use them and so on much like whois-search has on their site or like the tool section of ***********.com?
Just so that all those repeating newbie questions like "what is the best grabbing service" are answered and don't have to be asked on the board again and again...
Call it "DN Knowledge base" or sumfin.
