ITrader isn't really for you...its for everyone else on the forum. For that reason, it doesn't really need to be at the top of the forum. Just my opinion...
It wouldn't hurt to display it at the top either. Since the f$ are still on the side and at the top, placing the itrader at the top along with the side isn't a bad idea.
Makes it look more full.. so it doesnt hurt if its added, and it doesnt hurt if its not
