    Message Tracking

Since the change to VB 3.0 this really really sucks now! Before I used to use it, now it's not even worth looking at.

    Why?

    1. I find that a LOT of users obviously deny you receipt for some reason as I am getting a awful lot of "unread" messages... this creates another problem too, because what if they actually didn't get the PM.. this has happened before when people didn't receive a PM.

With the old tracking you rarely got people clicking on "deny receipt".

    2. Old version gave more useful info such as when the user was last online & also showed in red if they were currently online and if they were sent an email notification. These are both gone now.

    3. "unread" messages show at bottom now & read ones at top... I prefer old version with "unread" at top & read at bottom.

Please can we change back somehow? Cause this version really sucks!

    Re: Message Tracking

    Hi,

We are looking into the issue of removing the read receipt option.
We will try to incorporate more of the older version into the forum however some features maynot be available.

Thanks Cyphix for putting this in words. I was thinking the same thing.

    Re: Message Tracking

I always forget about that popup thing. I just hit cancel right away thinking its something else

Going back to what it was like before would be a good plan.

Always make it auto read.. unless they say to deny it.

At least the popup is gone though..
