Country: | "no avatar"? why??
It sort of gets annoying..
If we need to keep it for whatever reasons lets make it less bold and so it blends with the design..

Personally i dont think people should be able to use the same avatar at all let alone a standard "No Avatar" one..... |

hmmm... so the avatar is a placemark for people that have no avatar... This makes some sense as opposed to having nothing there. I'm receonsidering my previous statement. |

I've come to recognize people by their avatars... especially people with good, creative, and distinctive avatars like nametower, gd, hal, howard, gt web, classicnames, jberryhill, et al.
I also use the avatars for a visual cue as to which posts I should bother reading. |

I agree, sometimes I don't really even look at the name, I know who posted by the avatar at quick glance (or at least I thought I did).

the avatar is what i look for before the name... like lopramine45s penguin, i ignored everyone whith that one, then relaised its one of the free ones!!
and not just his/hers/
but on a serious note i thnk everyone should have sheds... but spinning at slighly different angles. |

My vote says get rid of it. |

The user has an avatar, but also no avatar.

I don't like having a "no avatar" avatar. |
