Am I the only one who gets and error when I try to change or delete something out of my notepad located in User CP?

I do get an error i think its due to the notepad feature has been removed in the 3.7 version but is still present in DNF Design may be thats it ?
With 3.7 out for quite some time now, I am surprised DNF is still having all the issues with features not functioning properly. There are some that were working post 3.7 and now do not.
