I don't know if it would make a difference but maybe limit the amount of suggestions that someone can make per day?

OR I dunno if it would be to big of a hassle but have one person who is there just for this area. Let people message that mod or whatever and if its something that is a valid suggestion or concern that needs to be addressed by the whole forum then the admin/mod can post it otherwise take care of it themselves or dismiss it.

Ha hope that's not a dumb suggestion.
