Never heard of this feature in PM.
Options:
You can post the link to the picture
Send the picture via email
Why would some one wants to see the picture in PM? if they can click!

Okay I do graphics and people request samples. I want to send maybe 4 or 5 via pm. But I have to post links instead of being able to show the actual images.
I dunno just seems easier...
