Problem with traffic domain sales forum

if the traffic stats indicate that the domain is
receiving less than 30 unique hits per day, it may not be posted in this
section.

I have a domain I'm considering selling which recieves an average of less than half the minimum requirement but is making an average of $40+/day

According to this rule I can't post it in the 'traffic domains forum' which is a little unfair considering the value of the domain.

Would it be possible to ammend this rule to include a minimum 30 uniques OR minimum daily income ($5 maybe)
