I notice that certain accents no longer display correctly.

Example (French): déj�* vu

Arabic: عربي it works
Thai: าษาไทย it works
German: Es muß sein it works

I think some subforums lack the UTF-8 definition in the header. This one works now. Sometimes my PM's in Greek drop the capital letters or the letters with the accents.

I have the same problem than you with accented characters in my PMs.

The forum is supposed to be be UTF-8 capable:

but then it could be that some mySQL tables are not defined properly. Do the accents show in Preview mode?

Yes except the ones I mentioned like small a, grave accent

I think some sub-forums aren't set properly to decode.
