Problems :(

After signing up as a platinum member, I tried to enter names into the auction, but it told me I was not logged in (I was), so i kept logging in and still getting the error.

Today I was able to enter names to the auction, except one I can't list because it's already there... except it's there without a seller (me!). How do I fix this? The name is OfficeRenovation.com

Thanks!

Try deleting it and adding it again. If that fails, go to the live help section.

I don't seem to have to ahve the option of deleting the name; I can only BID on it.
