Problems in upgrading.

I try to upgrade to Platinum membership with F$, but I keep getting redirected to the index page.

What's the procedure?

well i think you should contact the admin and file a ticket at helpdesk..

Aldwin, it's the same procedure as upgrading by using real money. Make sure
that you have enough F$ available. Please file a support ticket if you still can't
upgrade. The tech admins will then take charge of your problem.

I have F$ 3500, that should be enough to upgrade.
Ticket opened, still no answer.

i have got exactly the same problem - have already paid with my cc and am still waiting for the confirmation to be upgraded. Do i have to say i have issued a ticket ? Well, guess what - nothing happened afterwards.
Can i get some attention too, please...? :]

EDIT: by the time i was finishing with this post, i finally got upgraded :]
