I think it would be a good idea to split the related offers into two categories:

One where people make offers. Basically offering services.

The other where people request services.

This would cut down on clutter, and non platinum members could post in the "services wanted" forum allowing the platinum members another opportuity to make money. For instance, say I'm looking for product x or service y. If I'm not a platinum member I will not be able to ask for these.

This addition just makes sense to me. What do you guys think?
