Re: "Request a read receipt for this message"

I meant in the control panel isn't there someway to disable this features default setting instead of manually unticking it each time you send a message ??

Re: "Request a read receipt for this message"

Yeh it is annoying no doubt to have to uncheck all the time. I just leave it checked most of the time

It can be defaulted to unchecked but don't most people want it checked by default? That's what I thought.

I prefer it checked, the user you send the message to can't tell whether or not you requested a read reciept, and it provides useful info as to when they read your message.

I believe they can b/c it gives them the option to send the receipt or not. Or that was my understanding of it anyway.
