Suggestion: Aging Threads

Hi,

I would like to see aging threads have some level of management so they dont get used accidentally. I suggest:

1) If a thread is more than one year old, its age is highlighted somehow; put in bold perhaps,
and again if you post to it you at least get some kind of feedback.

2) If a thread is more than N years old, for some N, then it is auto-closed.

3) If the OP is banned in any way, the thread is auto-closed.
