Is there a "rating review" policy?

Sorry - a "rating review" policy!

I received a negative rating yesterday from a buyer who reneged on a purchase. After repeated attempts to contact (even though he was on DNF at least 4 times since the transaction DIDN'T happen) and his refusal to answer my PM's and/or make payment for the name as promised by him, I left negative rating for him.

Now, because he left erroneous negative for me, my rating is tarnished and he SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED to do this. Will DNF admin or mods look at the transaction, PM's etc. and act on removing a negative rating posted due to false accusations, etc.

All anyone has to do is look at this information and see the facts - how / where do I submit this request?

    Hi

You should report members who don't follow thru on sales deals in "Unresolved Forum Issues"

This way other members can be advised of who is not being professional.

send a pm to ImpactAdmin regarding the issue and perhaps he can correct the rating.

    Thanks

I hope it works out for you.

Bad mojo when members start dicking over other members.

This does happen from time to time and all you have to do is contact one of us and we'll be happy to remove the negative rating if it was not justified.

I have almost an identical incident, and Admin did indeed remove the 'retaliatory' rating from my profile.
