I just posted a thread , it was in Platinum section, title was "small favor"
I was just asking a couple people to go to one of my websites to see if it was working , my cache on my pc seems to be on the fritz, I just bought the site last night and was finishing setting it up and the thread was closed. I know there is no advertising but it wasnt advertising, just seems like there is no leniency anymore, I could understand if I said, can people go visit my site, its great, free bla bla bla , ect...

As I said, seems like everything in the forum lately is black or white, there is a very large grey area in life and on the net.

I did not removed the thread, but you could have posted that in "Help Wanted" section, without an issue.

Whenever you are drawing attention to your site or domain, other than an appraisal, then it could be considered as advertising.
