It should be GMT -5 hours, but it is showing GMT -4 hours (i.e. British Summer Time - 5 hours).
I'm in Peru, although this shouldn't affect anything as the reference is based on GMT.
Does anyone else have an "incorrect" time showing for them?

Yes, but at the moment the forum says:
All times are GMT -5 hours. The time now is 04:50 PM.
When GMT -5 hours now is 03:50 PM not 04:50.
May be there's something I'm missing.
The forum time is correct.
