But I have noticed that if I am gone a week or so, and come back and try to load the page, it just takes forever. This I have demonstrated to myself whenever the post count of "Unread Posts", is over a few hundred.
I suspect the server just has to do too big of a query to create this number to have a good page generation time.
For example, on a daily visit, xxx number of unread posts, decent page generation times.
If I am away for a week or so, xxxx unread posts, dozens of seconds page generation times.
And the first time I logged in this year, after a couple of years hiatus, days pageload times.
I know, who could stay away for years, let alone days.
But anyways, I know it isnt my inet connection, but I am wondering if there is a link that I can click right off, somewhere, that will mark all posts as read?
Thanks in advance.
