It's great that we now have the trader rating system installed. I think it may be a good idea to make the field The thread URL to the deal to be optional instead of required.

The reason behind this is we sometimes buy/sell names on the same forums and don't need the new potential buyer find out how much did we pay for the name.

Your thoughts?

It's better as required to reference the deal, otherwise trader rating will be traded as favors for trader ratings, etc. It's needed to keep everything honest.

Since you're the admin, you must think it's right when you implemented!

I have used the same rating systems from other forums and they work very well.

What about feedback when the person enters a bogus URL? Should I be penalized for that after I have conducted a good sale?

Good point ... I made a purchase the other day from the chatroom and left ratings ... obviously there is no URL for that so i just added dnforum chatroom purchase or something in that field.

I think edit feedback comments is needed too... I'm blur enough to left URL @ comments and comments @ URL for Theo...
