Really weird I'm using Firefox/3.5.3 with screen resolution 1024x768

1280x960 with FF 3.5.3 here

There is a definite issue at 1024x768 which will be resolved Monday.

At higher resolutions its fine. I think its due to the menu size as well not fitting properly at the smaller resolution.

Please check the menu now. I have taken a look at the header menu and cleaned it up a little bit.
