What happens to unresolved DNF auctions? - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

I'm wondering about liability of auctioners on DNF. I've only participated once in an DNF auction and I've been tricked to pay the guy for a domain which I have never received. I don't know if it's just me, or other people have had similar expereinces on DNF, but the fellow I'm talking about is Dark_One. He offered a domain for sale, and I turned out to be the highest bidder. I have sent him the DNF$ but he made a fool out of me, because he hasn't pushed the domain into my domainsite account. I have pmed him more than 2 times about it, and he just keeps on ignoring me. Can an admin help me?

i think to resolve this issue . dark one has to push you the domain or send you back the f$ otherwise admins should take actions .
