Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I was just wondering why DNForum uses vBulletin....?
Why not phpBB, IkonBoard, Snitz or some other (free) forum.
I'm thinking of starting my own (Dutch) Forum somewhere and was wondering what software to use.

Also an excellent free message forum software is Invision Board.

vBulletin overall has the most administrative options, and a thiving community of hacks and add-ons available.

THere's a vb for sale for $55 here:
http://www.dnforum.com/f60/vbulletin-license-sale-thread-24032.html
I think it is good until Dec.
Taking offers on:
iPals(dot)com
PixelTalk(dot)com Jogs(dot)net AnimeStory(dot)com
Yeah, I've PM'd him.
But it a leased license. Normal price; $85/yr. Since it's valid to december, the "normal" price would be (85/12)*8.5 = $60.
Not really a steal.
Ã'll try the other boards, and then think of purchasing an owned license.
