I have an account with them and found their support service when I need help very helpful. I have not had any problems with them as of yet. That is not to say I may in the future. However, I do have to say it does take a few minutes to nav around the site to get it working and look the way you want it to.
I wish you the best of luck.
Appears to work for me - why not submit a support ticket (Contact Us, top navbar) and fully explain the problem you are having - remember that we are just ending a holiday period and not everyone has been running at 100% efficiency!
I have been with wwd for a couple of years and never have had any issues with their support or services. I am making a nice income from their reseller program.
Good luck
Robert
The link still doesn't work!! I have told bouth WildWest and the staff here at the forums. Doesn't seem like anyone cares at all...
What part does not work? We are a wwd reseller and we are getting sign ups almost everyday and it seems to be working on the WWD end fine.

I agree with promonde...clicking on the signup button give the error below, tried a few times at 10 minute intervals...same results. Good thing I signed up months ago.

It has been like that since 01-02-2005
I have sendt 2 support tickets to DNForum about it and 3 mails to WildWest.
Still not working....
If you are wanting an account why not just sign up for one directly with wwd or through a reseller? Seems like DNf is not going to get it fixed quickly.. maybe some issues??
Robert
I have now emailed wild west , thanks for brining this to our attention.
