You downgraded my account without reason

I used to be platinum member. Than I found I can not post. Than I found, you downgraded me to the free "bronze" member. I upgraded again today to exclusive, but paid US$ 50 more than I was supposed to pay for this upgrade, So I request write to my account: 5000 DN$ for the different + 5000 DN$ for grievance and complications.

Sumbit a support ticket... putting this in the forum is not the best way to get it handled expediently. Go to the very top yellow navigation bar in the forum and click on "contact us".

I already issued TWO support tickets, never got an answer. One ticket was email: dnsucks at startseek.com, another one I forgot, something_else @startseek.com

The previous two tickets wasabout that I can't post (at that time I thought, you banned me). When I found out, you downgraded my account, I posted here. Why ? Would you issue tickets on which you get no answers ? Would you ?

When did you submit your support tickets?
All tickets were answered up until 5pm EST yesterday. If you submitted them after that time it will be answered today.
