Hell of a match... could have been many more goals.
Germany had a couple of very good periods, but over all the right team won, definitely.

I like how Spain didn't just pull back on defense to protect its lead ... it kept attacking and almost got a couple more goals.

BTW, I have great respect for the German team, but Ballack really had a dirty playing style in that match.

Spain's back line is pretty shaky at the best of times so they must have figured that it was a better bet to attack. Puyol had a shocker and Sergio Ramos didn't seem to track back very much on that right wing. Senna was very impressive and was unlucky to come away with the goal of the match in the second half. Congrats to the Spaniards and El Nino (what a player) and commiserations to the Germans.
