What are you kidding me? JoePA ran the whole place and there were numerous allegations over many years. If JoePA had said call the police they would have called the Police. If JoePA said keep this guy off the campus then he would have been banned back in '99 when all this started to come out. The coach was allowed to run a youth program when everyone knew, even the Police, what was going on. Joe PA set the tone for the whole university and football program for decades.
You are talking about a youth program set up to rape large numbers of children around 10 years old. Joe PA is not the victim here, he enabled this to go on for years to protect the football program (that took in $72 Million last year). Even while they all knew the grand jury investigation was underway the coach still had access to the campus and football facilities. There is an article in Sports Illustrated that discusses whether he may get arrested and says will most likely get sued.
