Having some sort of description as to what you want in the design would help severely. Colors, Width, and as someone asked before, is it just design or is it also coded. By site, do you mean you want it for the entire site, or just one page. Also, from the sounds of it, you seem to want it code it as well (since you mentioned the search engine thing). Feel free to add as much detail about what you want, it can only help. Also, Do you have a logo, or do you want a logo designed too for your website?
