It depends on your age. If you are a children, then no. If you are a teen, then sometimes. If you are an adult, then yes.
Good, Good. Elaborate a bit and give a couple of examples or quotes to support your statement. (Don't worry this is not for school just a good ole intellect post.) Up'd the dnf to 50$

Mistakes create opportunites to improve for the next time around. For example, yesterday I had a baseball game against one of the top teams in our league. I was the pitcher and unfortunately, there were men on second and third base due to 2 consecutive walks. However, we were winning 1-0 in the second inning.
A routine groundball was hit to my shortstop, and unfortunately again, the ball went under his glove, hit his foot, and riccocheted into the outfield. Both men on the bases scored and now we were down 2-1.
The next inning, anotehr groundball was hit to him, he kept his glove down, and turned a double play.
Mistakes create opportunities to learn and get better. Mistakes are in no way a failure.
"Refusing to learn from our miskate is making one." If a person make same miskates again and again is considering as failure.
I had same and easy password for each account, and turned out my laptop got hacked in and used my paypal account to purchase things. I spent all day on the phone with paypal and bank, and now I learned my lesson never use all same and easy password for any type of accounts.
Also I want to be a network security when I finish school, and I am glad that this had hapened to me so I can learn how to be a better network security.

"If you make a mistake you try again, if don't try again then it is a failure." So a mistake can only be a failure if you don't try again to try to not repeating that mistake and you try to do it better.
A mistake is something to learn from, failure is not learning from your mistakes.
A mistake is defined as an error, which stems from the latin word error meaning straying or wandering.
according to wilkipedia: an error or a mistake can be dispelled through knowledge.
This suggests a mistake is both an indication of a lack of knowledge, but also an opportunity to aquire more.
On a more personal level, a mistake becomes failure when it is unrectifiable, i.e. a one- off opportunity passes.
