Country: | Good Deeds = 250 DNF$ Did you do a good deed today?
Doing a good deed is considered a noble act that comes without expectations of any outcomes or rewards except seeing a peaceful trusted smile on the face of others, and what a great reward it is.
A perfect example? Ashaw randomly handing out DNF$...
I'm donating 250 DNF$ to the person who has done the most admirable good deed today. Simply reply to this thread stating something you did today that was purely done out of kindness and generosity. Making something up just to win the DNF$ would not be considered a good deed. If you didn't do a good deed today don't worry - you can always do a good deed tomorrow!
The contest starts now and will end in exactly 24 hours! Please post your praise toward others good deeds - it will help determine the winner!
Regards ~

Craig | Small feat, big feat... It's the thought that counts. You could have got in the car and went home too - but you didn't. Surely there is more than one person on this forum who did a good deed today! C'mon people... Let's hear it.

Country: | Re: Good Deeds = 250 DNF$ I spent the last 3 days doing FREE work, for my brother's business.
About 30 hours worth of Graphic Design, cleaning up the restaraunt, tracing and cutting custom stencils (that I made )
Doing the wall layout for where the menu will go...hence the stencils.
Painting, drilling, and various other construction/design work.

DNF$: 103 | Re: Good Deeds = 250 DNF$ Probably not the most good deed today, but it is a good deed nonetheless. And I guess it's somewhat illegal. But I noticed the parking meter attendant furiously handing out tickets, so as many as I could as fast as I could I put at least a quarter in the expired meters. I had an extra chunk of change in my pocket and the tickets are just outrageuos. So hopefully I saved someone a big headache! |

Ants love my Kitchen, looking for remaining food here and there. As i was pouring water into the sink, i took the time to remove all the insects from their ocean... |

I have a hard time believing we only have 5 people on this entire forum that have done a good deed in the last 12 hours. I'm pretty sure there has to be more...

The person who now got his domain trying to sell the domain for few thousands of dollars. The webmaster is poor and can't afford to pay few thousands dollars to get his domain back. The good deed I have done, is showing support in the thread and offer advice on how he should do to get his domain back. |

It was a tough decision and I think everyone who participated is a winner. If I could have given the prize to everyone I would have! Quote: |

Most likely there aren't too many people who would do an anonymous act such as that. Yes it probably was illegal, although IMO parking meters should be illegal - there is nothing worse than walking out to your car and finding a ticket attached to it.
~ Thanks again to everyone who participated!
