LOGO Contest

O.K. Theo wouldn't call this a logo

but I'm no expert in graphics.

I need a logo for Spearguns.com.

I don't want any images or clip art.

I just want font and colors and gradients type work.

My avatar here is a good example.

I'll check on size asap. Looks like 248px × 82px.

any colors...

Am guessing I need it vector. You experts can advise me in the thread.

contest runs 2 weeks.

Nothing wrong with stylized text, if that's all one needs. E.g. the trafficdomains.com logo is an example. The problem is, working for $40 and waiting for 2 weeks sounds like a job for 99designs.

IMO 2 weeks is a good compromise that gives enough time to get more entries but not very long to wait to see who wins.

I've got good logos in the past for $15 and $25. There's someone doing logos here as a company for $27 so for a small project like this $40 was what I chose.

Not sure what 99designs has to do with the tea in China...I chose to let someone here get the $$.
