The contest is:
Succeed in getting an article published about DNForum in a major publication.
Requirements:
1) The article must appear in a major publication, that is, a publication with a readership of over 1 million.
2) The article must appear in an Internet technology publication or section.
3) The article must be about DNForum, and may not simply be a mention of DNForum.
4) The article must be at least 500 words (may not be a blurb).
5) The article can be a radio interview, newspaper or magazine article. By special consent it can be a web article on a major website pre-approved by Dnforum.
What you can and can't do:
1) You may interview Adam for the article, or have Adam interviewed.
2) You may use DNForum content, but please ask for approval.
3) The article must not show DNForum in a negative light, the purpose is good publicity.
4) The article may not be a comparison of similar sites, the focus must be on DNForum.
5) Cannot be a press release you submit through PRweb or similar.
1st Place: $1000 cash (first to succeed)
2nd Place: $500 cash (second to succeed)
3rd Place: $250 cash (third to succeed)
Miscellaneous prizes: $100 cash (to anyone who gets an article published).
Contest ends in 120 days (articles appearing after 120 days from the post will not be eligible).
All winners will be chosen by DNForum, you must meet all the requirements.
DNForum will judge if all requirements have been met.

who can write the article,is it that only getting the article onto a site only matters for the contest and not the author. That is ifauthor and poster are different?
