Summer Time, Easy Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar-
8 oz. cream cheese-
1 tub of Cool Whip-
1 tsp. vanilla-
1 graham cracker pie crust-(can make or buy ready crust)
Fruit topping of choice ( I like Strawberries!)
Direction:
Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip, sugar and vanilla together until fluffy. Spoon all into your pie crust. Chill at least 1/2 hour in the fridge to firm it up a little, ( then top it with your favorite fruit. Try Strawberries, cherries, blueberries, pineapples, peaches, apples, bananas. If you want to add a little melted caramel candy with apple slices.. mm that would be yummy, too! Easy and quick desert, this is so simple to make it's insane.
I typically whip it together before I start cooking dinner, then it's chilled off and ready to serve after our meal is over.. This is a really good cheesecake if you don't typically like cheesecake, you will like this one! So sweet and creamy. It doesn't have that typical cheesecake taste to it.
This is a great idea for get togethers, backyard BBQ's or those last minute invites to family or friends homes. When you are crunched for time, this is the easiest recipe you could ever imagine!
