Biography:

I'm a metalhead, a smartass, mercenary and arrogant, and proud of all the aforementioned traits.

I was brought into domaining when I saw a few domain names on eBay going for less than $10 each, and thought to myself, "I could resell these easily."

Within one month, I flipped a $4.50 name for $350.00.

Since then, I've made some end user sales, some dumb purchases, been caught holding the bag with a stolen domain, and told myself "I've got my bearings straight. Only good names from here on in." time and time again.

It's my opinion that once you become a domainer, you can't look at 21st century society the same way, given the ubiquity of URLs. Whether it's thinking "I knew the guy who owned that name." when you saw it in an ad, "What did that name cost them?" when you see a great domain name, "What marketing genius decided on that name?" when you see a 6 word phrase domain name, or "They couldn't have gotten the .com?" when you see .biz or .net.

I'm glad I got into it. I've found that domainers are very like-minded people in many regards.

I keep putting off starting a blog, and really should do it some day.

My present focus (this is being written in June of 2010) is starting to develop some of my domain names, to expand them beyond their raw keyword value.
