I'm writing to express how upset I am with Moniker and Coolhandle right now. I didn't realize CH had been sold and my email on my main COMPANY domain is hosted with CH. We have not received email since the 15th! Despite calls (to a number than says send a fax or leave a message), on line ticket at Moniker and CH, and conversation with Carla, I still don't have email. Granted, it was only brought to my attention 2 days ago, but I think it's pathetic that customers weren't made aware of the sale and that there is absolutely NO support. I'm a staunch supporter of Moniker, but this is really inexcusable.

Unfortunately, as Bari and Carla have informed me, and you will probably advise me as well, CH is not supported by Moniker anymore, but that's simply not good enough for customers like myself who DEPEND on their emails.

If it's not resolved by noon CST tomorrow, I'm transferring my names out. This is simply not acceptable.

Hey Monte,

I've got a multimillion dollar portfolio with you, so threads like this really get my attention. I'm not just blowing smoke up your ass, they are names like testing.com, assurance.com, verification.com, inspection.com, reactors.com, etc. Those alone are worth a pretty penny.
