I am shopping the domain Silky.com. My mother and I are a domaining team and we have worked out a deal for the domain with the current owner. We just entered escrow

Greetings! I tried to download "Domain Sales/Purchase Agreement", however, it says "The compressed (zipped) folder is invalid or corrupted. Also recently many of our customers ask us to sell their premium domain names, I wonder if there is such an exlusive broker agreement available. Thanks! Alan @ TRUSTprice
