My name is Chad Ballantyne and former owner of rhubarb.ca. On Friday of last week our domain was SOLD. In Dec06, we contacted Kevin Farrell to purchase rhubarb.ca of which he owned. He stated it was worth around $2K and we asked to barter services towards the purchase of it. He agreed and pointed the url to our servers and said the domain was ours and that he would be willing to barter it for sale. He sent an email stating this as well as asking for some design help on a project called Yokee.com. We sent a contract for the sale of rhubarb.ca began work for Mr Farrell to the total of $2600. He agreed to give us the domain. Upon completion of project, he was MIA, did not send back the contract signed. Although we have no signed contract I do have a string of email conversations him promising the domain to us. The work we did for Mr Farrell, although was pulled down a while ago, is now live at www6.ca.
We hope this can be resolved.
