I'm looking for a custom animated logo for my site

what i would want is OnlineDebut.com to be in the "hollywood" font as in the sign in hollywood.
then i would want two spot lights, one on the bottom left and one in the bottom right. they would be on a pattern and when they "shined" on the logo you would see the letters, but the letters would fade as the light moves.
make sense?
who can make this happen?
I also would want suggestions for a site slogan.........
