Has anyone used the BANS (build a niche store) product to put up an eBay affiliate store? (www.buildanichestore.com)

The base product looks like a good buy and I noticed that every site they have in their examples list has PR with some of them being in the PR5 & PR6 class.

I am considering buying it to push out 20-25 sites ina niche market...
