i bought a domain at tdnam and i get it at 27.12.2007

think the domain name is : XXXXXXX.com

i searched archive.org and used my domains old content.

at the same day old owner of this domain regs a new domain

adds something to this domain .. something : XXXXXXXblablabla.com

and uses same content.

so yes he owns the content but does not my domain owns anything?

can't i use my old archive?

in a few hours ago i got a mail from hostgator.com saying that i must remove the content.

i asked them that i will use the same content but will write in every page that the writer is at that domain and to read more go : XXXXXXXblablabla.com


i am rejected.

so tell me if i am wrong i will remove all ...
