Usually when I develop site, I simply make a layout, get constant traffic of about 1000 unique visitors a day, then slap on the ads.
However, last time I did this I used clicksor and people stopped coming and started complaining.
What I need is a simple ad-company that pays via paypal, and pays per popup; also, only one popup per session (if the same person/ip visits again to a different page on my site he isn't bombarded with another ad).
