I need some help.

I have a vivvo news script that came with the site I got bodybuildingweekly.com

I keep getting this error:
MDB2 Error: connect failed

Which is max user connection is full. It looks like we are not closing out the max users.
Here is an example, there are usually 15 then we blow.....
The connections you had are detailed below. I have cleared them for you.
| 392 | formyphy_prem | localhost:60482 |
formyphy_weekly | Sleep | 101019

How can I stop this? The server said it is a bug in the script.
